As I mentioned earlier, we missed Daddy SO VERY much while he was gone during April! However we did take a road trip to visit him and stay in his motel! The kids all traveled great and somehow this extremely directionally challenged Mama was able to navigate, drive and parent her way into the city.....
Loved the sea lion show at the St. Louis Zoo!
And "crazy town" at the motel.
Are we the only parents that say jumping on beds is OK while at a hotel?!
The rest of the month brought fun days of monitoring these two little ladies while the boys played.
And one day we had an unexpected guest for lunch!
Thankfully she was young or she may have become the great hunter's lunch.
There should be some sort of warning or vibe that these creatures get when trespassing in our yard.
And every Mama's dream,
seeing her littles playing harmoniously together and bouquets of dandelions.
(Wade had just sustained a pretty nasty lip injury...)
