Frolic and Play

the Eskimo way!

Ah, we are back after a lengthy blogger's hiatus.

(sorry to our blog vultures....!)

We are now well and healthy.

Unfortunately the weather and sickness inhibited many of our Christmas celebration plans.....

However, we did make a trek to the frozen land of Iowa to frolic, play and see dear family.

An amazing snow fort was build and sledding abounded.

Even Zeke our tired, old, beloved farm dog wanted to participate.

Try as he may, he just managed to snuggle near a tunnel entrance to lick my frozen tears as we reminisced about younger days!

*choke, choke*

This little Eskimo is know to cast his gloves aside......
while this one gets some work done!

We too have a little snow here at home an have built our share of snowmen....
On this particular day, Frosty, well, he simply didn't fare so well.
